What is the Entrepreneur Visa (Tier 1)?
Note: The Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa route has been replaced by the Innovator Founder Visa for new applicants. However, the content below reflects the core elements of business-based immigration pathways to the UK.
Business Establishment: Launch a new business or take over an existing one in the UK.

Pathway to Settlement: After running your business for a designated period (typically 3–5 years), you may be eligible for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) and eventually British Citizenship.
Family Inclusion: Bring your partner and dependent children. Your spouse can apply for a work visa, and children can access public education.
